Biscossi's Pizza Time Information

Walking into Biscossi's Pizza Time, it’s immediately clear this is the kind of neighborhood spot that locals keep coming back to. Biscossi's Pizza Time sits in a convenient location along Geyser Road, making it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing a quick slice after work or settling in for a casual dinner. The atmosphere leans toward laid-back and familiar, with the comforting smell of fresh dough and melted cheese setting the tone before you even glance at the menu.

The menu itself covers all the essentials you’d expect from a classic New York-style pizzeria, but there’s enough variety to keep things interesting. Their pizza is the star, with a thin, foldable crust that strikes a nice balance between crisp and chewy. A simple cheese slice already shows off the quality of the ingredients, but the specialty pies-loaded with toppings like pepperoni, sausage, or fresh vegetables-offer something a bit more indulgent. Beyond pizza, you’ll find a solid selection of calzones, strombolis, and hot subs, all prepared with that same focus on hearty, satisfying portions.

During a recent visit, the service felt genuine and unpretentious. Orders were taken quickly, and even during a busy stretch, the staff kept things moving without making anyone feel rushed. It’s the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name, and newcomers are treated just as warmly. Reviews from locals often highlight this friendly vibe, and it’s easy to see why-it adds a layer of comfort that goes beyond the food itself.

What stands out most is the consistency. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, the quality holds up. The sauce has a slightly sweet, well-seasoned flavor, and the cheese is always melted just right without being overly greasy. Portions are generous, which makes it a good value compared to many similar spots in the area.

While it may not be a fancy dining destination, that’s not really the point here. This is a place built around reliable comfort food, familiar flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. For anyone exploring Ballston Spa or just passing through, it’s an easy choice when you’re craving a straightforward, satisfying pizza experience.

What People's Say About Place

Generally speaking the good is awesome. We order from them at least once to three times a week. That being said, my only complaint is the taco salad. Even though it is delicious, where is the taco? They say it is underneath the salad in pieces. I literally found only two teeny weeny pieces of taco. Bummed.

My bro, his wife and I decided on having Italian for early dinner. Nothing fancy, low keyed but flavorful. Pizza Time did it for us. It was relatively full post July 4 and Isabelle and her colleague were very busy at the dining area. Service took time, understandably but the food and dining experience did not disappoint. Isabelle was very pleasant and courteous. More dishes to try when I return to Ballston Spa!Veal piccata, baked ziti and veal parmesan photographed below.

Been ordering here for years. They're consistent, prices are decent and they don't skimp on portion size. Love the boneless wings. Juicy, saucy without any of the funny business. Their pasta dishes are alright, they're much better when you order in for a sit down meal. Try em if you haven't

Delicious pie and awesome customer service! 25 minutes for a 16” 8 cut/round sausage and red onions pickup in store. I arrived early and the staff kept providing an update on the timeframe left. Excellent attention to detail. I see they appreciate your business and put customers first. I will be back, and can’t wait to try other food from the menu. Great job Biscossi’s!

Great place to eat and plenty of food and friendly service fast but I think i ate to much food my first time here highly recommend it glad my family took me there had a great time ⏲ should have took pictures heard that there submarines are to die for gives me something to look forward to in the future

This place has by far THE best gluten free pizza around. It’s the closest I’ve found to eating real pizza dough! Their wings are also good, but can sometimes leave a tiny bit to be desired in terms of sauce flavor.

Awesome !! Home made rolls. Pizza was killer. Had a to-go roast beef sub that would make you sell your momma to buy it.

We order the family meal. Chicken parm. The sauce was ok.. the chicken was juicy, lots of cheese. Came with pasta, salad and garlic bread(which was awesome). Also got pretzel bits.. 50.00 and I did not have to cook after moving some of my friends stuff out of storage
